Crafty Ladies!
Crafting has always been a large part and a great passion in my life. My mother has always encouraged her children's artistic talents and sense of creativity, which to this day we implement on a constant basis. As a child, I would watch her paint marvelous pictures, sew beautiful clothing and strategically place silks flower in countless arrangements. I marveled at her abilities and her desire to make our home a place of great beauty and warmth. I often try to think of the moment when as a young girl I was bitten by the crafting bug. Was it when she would take me with her to work at the craft store and set me in front of varying colors and sizes of pom-poms and glue? Was it when I would hand her my ragged baby doll and let my mother know she needed a new dress? Or was it the day I sat at anxiously at our dining room table and watched her make this?.......

Amer,
I was touched by your sweet references to my example but what a silly craft. LOL Do you remember Shon's apple drying kit to make those heads?
